Aqua-Flo Supply Expands Senior Leadership
Tim Laber Promoted to Company President, Eileen Laber Becomes CEO
(Goleta, CA) Aqua-Flo Supply has announced changes in their senior leadership team to support growth in locations, products and services in the Southern California market.
Tim Laber has been named company President, and will assume responsibility for store operations, sales, customer service, human resources and inventory. He will focus on growing the company’s partnerships with construction, landscape, and agricultural professionals through new products and services. He joined the company in 2011 and has held a series of progressive leadership roles across multiple departments. He was most recently Director of Sales & Marketing.
Tim is the grandson of Ken and Louanne Fay, who founded Aqua-Flo along with Ken’s brother, Harold Fay, in Ojai in 1968.
Eileen Laber, a 40-year veteran of the company, will move to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) where she will lead the company’s financial, information technologies and administrative functions, as well as direct the company’s structure and strategic plan.
